Rizium CF
The carbon-fiber grade of the only fiber-filled COC blend filament on the market - maximum stiffness in a sleek matte-black finish, with near-isotropic strength, dimensional stability, and no dehydrating required.
Tested performance
Measured on a RIZE™ ONE printer, solid infill, X-Y plane. Stiffer than GF - note the higher moduli.
Best where stiffness and a premium finish matter - gears, structural brackets, robotic end-effectors, drone parts and tooling. Note: not ideal for automotive (hydrocarbon exposure) or sustained high-temp use (73°C HDT); support bridges and overhangs well.
Why print in Rizium CF
Stable at negative temperatures
Holds its mechanical properties in sub-zero conditions, so parts stay reliable in cold environments.
Lighter weight
Lighter than standard FDM materials - parts weigh less without giving up performance.
Nylon-like, far easier to print
Similar properties to Nylon and comparable composites, but much easier to print - no warping and no need to dehydrate the material.
